Dorothy: 321 Garage Conversions are totally professional, polite and hard-working. The project finished ahead of schedule, no stress or concerns from my part as they managed the whole project. The end result of our project is to such a high quality modern finish, we are really really happy that we chose them.
Tony: Great Guys to work with. Professional and great value. They totally transformed my house. And installed a kitchen, looks great!. Highly recommend. I'm really over the moon with my total house transformation. I hated my house before the works commenced and had real worries about the lintel going in. Jan and Steve were really understanding about my worries and they were so professional. My house is now a home that I look forward to coming back to after my stressful job.

I recently had my garage converted to half office, half playroom and I must say how wonderful the way the work was carried out over just two weeks. The area was always kept clean and tidy, the men were a pleasure to have in my home, always friendly and helpful. The quote was good and they kept to the price even when I asked for them to do some extra skirting in another room. I had to contact Steve when I got home late from work at night and was surprised when they answered my call at 9pm and kindly sorted out my queries. I have recommend some of my best friends to 321 garage conversions and they have used their services and are also very happy. Thank you so much and keep up the good work.

I had an outside loo integrated with my home by having it converted. I gained a tiny office space, a downstairs loo, and a utility area all from a 2m x 8m conversion. I’m thrilled that i used Daizy to Design and Develop this project for me, she was informative, i felt at ease and comfortable to discuss the whole project with her and she managed the blokes so well, they respect her totally.

Garage into utility/bar
Brilliant people, service and team! Jan & Steve from 321 Developments Ltd completed the transformation of our old garage to a liveable bar area- and we LOVE IT! The team have been absolutely fantastic, everyday they were organised, prompt and cleared up every evening. I miss the morning cups of teas with them! Jan & Steve oversaw the whole project and would regularly pop in to check the progress and keep us updated about next steps and deliveries to expect (Jan had a great spreadsheet which kept a clear track on plans & costs). Following the success of the main project we asked the team for support with other jobs inside the house which have been finished to a brilliant standard. From start to finish, Jan and Steve made the process of converting our garage into a practical, useful utility and storage room seamless. We werent quite sure what we wanted at first but they were always on hand to offer suggestions and recommendations. They stuck to the agreed quote and timescales and were very accommodating in completing additional works I asked for. They were professional and always quick to respond to any queries. Garage Conversion and Utility Room
321 carried out our double garage conversion into a bedroom, en-suite and boot room and converted a bathroom to a new utility room, to a very high standard, for a competitive price. Jan and Steve were great throughout the entire build, a real hands on couple. A massive thank you to Gary the carpenter who completed all the excellent bespoke joinery work, Jason the plumber for the amazing tiling work and all the plumbing, Rob the builder for great brickwork and all the spraying of the bespoke joinery, especially the blue in the utility room, Scott the plasterer for a great skimmed finish to all the walls and Marc the decorator for stepping in to finish the project to a very high standard. Special thanks to Vaz for all his hard work. I would definitely hire 321 again for my next job. Highly recommended.

Convert garage into useable room
321 have completed an amazing conversion of our double garage into a TV/cinema room. Their team of expert contractors were all highly skilled and efficient and a pleasure to have working on our property. Work has been completed to an extremely high standard and on time. 321 were able to understand our vision and produce a finished product that was better than we had imagined. Their advice along the way was invaluable. Their quote was competitive and the extras we added on were easily accommodated at a fair price. Internal garage conversion
Jan & Steve, what a lovely team! I wish all builders were like them! They really will be our builders for life. They knew everything from building regulations to design ideas, they were a dream to work with. Jan and her very skilled team converted my garage on time and on budget and went above and beyond.
